Serengeti Resources, through its subsidiary Minera FB Integral SA de CV, has a Mexican portfolio consisting of four properties totalling 50,000 hectares that are available for sale or joint venture. These four properties all have gold and/or silver-lead-zinc targets and are located along the eastern edge of the Sierra Madre Occidental in southern Chihuahua and northeastern Durango with several properties adjacent to the highly prospective Cordero-Sanson silver deposit. Geologic mapping, geochemical sampling, helicopter borne aeromagnetic and radiometric surveys have been carried out on all properties, three of the properties have had I.P. surveys completed on them and two of the properties were drilled in the spring of 2012. Serengeti has to date established an exploration target pipeline which offers good exploration potential in an emerging trend in Mexico's premier silver-gold district.
