He has a wide ranging experience in structuring project and joint venture financings with junior and major companies and in project administration. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in public company listings, including start-ups, IPO's and graduation to senior exchanges. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Oromin Explorations Ltd. in addition to his responsibilities at Serengeti. |
