| Lewis Lawrick, B.Comm. Position: Director Mr. Lawrick brings 20 years of experience in the merchant banking, mining exploration and brokerage businesses. As a Managing Director of Toronto-based Thorson Fordyce, he manages structured investments in the resource sector. Mr. Lawrick is also a Managing Partner in Birkenshaw & Co. Ltd, a private partnership specializing in M&A and equity and debt financings. Mr. Lawrick is a director of several public natural resource companies. He holds a B.Comm in Finance and Marketing (1986) from the University of Calgary. |
