Mr. Moore comes to Serengeti after a 30 year career with Teck Cominco, Cominco and related companies, where he participated in the discovery and delineation of mineral deposits in several countries. He brings experience and expertise ranging from grassroots prospecting to international exploration, business management and development, as well as a proven ability to recognize exploration targets of high potential and transform them into successful projects. He currently is a director for Murgor Resources Inc., as well as an active director on the AMEBC Board.

Mr. Peck completed his CA requirements with Deloitte & Touche Chartered Accountants in Vancouver. He then practiced in Alberta prior to moving to Toronto. From 1986 until 1993, he was a partner with member offices of the public accounting firm Horwath International. From 1993 until March 2004 he was a Vice President in the corporate finance group of publicly listed full service investment dealers, first with CM Oliver and then Canaccord Capital Corporation which acquired CM Oliver in 1998. He currently provides senior financial and advisory services to Canadian private and public corporations, acting in officer or director capacities.

Mr. Tikkanen brings to Serengeti more than 40 years of exploration, mine development and mining operational experience, including more than 30 years at the corporate and board level. He retired from Cominco Ltd. as Vice President Exploration and was also President of Cominco Resources International Limited, a TSE-listed company from its inception in 1987 until 1995. He oversaw the discovery or acquisition of many gold and base metal deposits and his experience includes several mine development projects and responsibility for the management of a number of underground and open-pit mines in several countries. Mr. Tikkanen is a director of several public natural resource companies.

Mr. Tanaka has over 40 years experience as a geologist and exploration manager with junior and senior companies. During his career he has participated in several mineral discoveries. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Bayswater Uranium Corporation and a director of four other junior mining companies. He has held senior positions with Freeport McMoran Gold Co., Aber Resources Ltd., Asamera Inc., Cominco Ltd., Canarc Resources and Fjordland Exploration Inc.

Mr. Lawrick brings 20 years of experience in the merchant banking, mining exploration and brokerage businesses. As a Managing Director of Toronto-based Thorson Fordyce, he manages structured investments in the resource sector. Mr. Lawrick is also a Managing Partner in Birkenshaw & Co. Ltd, a private partnership specializing in M&A and equity and debt financings. Mr. Lawrick is a director of several public natural resource companies. He holds a B.Comm in Finance and Marketing (1986) from the University of Calgary.

Ms. White has over 20 years experience in the TSX Venture Exchange industry, working as a senior securities legal assistant for over 15 years, as well as acting as Corporate Secretary and General Office Manager for a number of resource exploration companies listed on the Exchange.

Ian Brown is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience as a financial executive in the mineral exploration industry. He has a wide ranging experience in structuring project and joint venture financings with junior and major companies and in project administration. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in public company listings, including start-ups, IPO's and graduation to senior exchanges. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Oromin Explorations Ltd. in addition to his responsibilities at Serengeti.

Mr. McBride is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Raven Hill Partners Inc. and has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate governance. Prior to co-founding Raven Hill, Mr. McBride was a founder and Managing Director of CC Capital Partners Group, a private investment and merchant banking firm established in December 1987. In 2010, CC Capital merged with newly formed Raven Hill Partners pursuing a similar business model. Prior to forming CC Capital, he was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. Mr. McBride began his career as a trader on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange. He obtained his ICD.D corporate director designation through the Rotman Business School, and is certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Mr. Thicke has 30 years of global exploration experience, with expertise in porphyry copper systems. He has extensive experience in porphyry exploration in North and South America and Asia. He was a key member of the Rio Algom team that discovered the large scale Spence porphyry copper deposit in 1998. Mr. Thicke also has precious metal experience in South America and Mexico. Up until April 2008, Mr. Thicke was a senior member of BHP Billiton's Global Porphyry Exploration group, leading teams in the exploration and evaluation of porphyry copper deposits.
