The Fleet property is located in the Quesnel Trough of northern B.C., approximately 50 km south of the Kemess Mine, ~10 km from the Kemess Mine haul road and power line.

The Fleet claims cover an area of 37 square kilometres and are 100% owned by Serengeti Resources.

Several porphyry Cu+/-Mo+/-Au showings on the property were discovered and explored by BP Minerals from 1976-1978, and later in 1986. Exploration culminated with the completion of 3000 m of diamond drilling in 18 holes, 11 of which have been located in the target area. Two of the last three holes were located at the southwest edge of the drilling area and yielded significant intersections (NDH-16 - 0.18% Cu over 54.9 m, NDH-17 - 0.24% Cu over 15.2 m).

A 2008 IP survey completed by Serengeti defined an open ended chargeability anomaly (18-25 mV/V) that has a strike length of at least 1,500 m and is 800 m wide. Much of the chargeability anomaly is located in a quaternary sediment-covered valley bottom. A Cu+Au bearing sheeted vein complex is located at the south end of the target area. Selective grab sampling of veins by Serengeti yielded up to 28,300 ppm Cu and 1,329 ppb Au. These veins are interpreted to plunge in the direction of the chargeability anomaly. An extensive soil sampling grid completed by BP defined Cu+/-Mo soil anomalies that are open to the northwest and southwest. The open-ended soil and geophysical anomalies are anchored by the noteworthy historical drill intercepts, indicating the potential for an underexplored Cu+Mo+/-Au mineralized system (*Au not assayed in drilling). At the northwest end of the target trend, Serengeti sampled well mineralized intrusive float samples (diorite boulder with disseminated chalcopyrite grading 8,800 ppm Cu) and anomalous stream sediment samples (333 ppm Cu in streams), indicating the target may be either open to the northwest or the boulders possibly represent down-ice dispersion from the above target area.

The exploration programs have outlined a northwest trending area of open-ended geochemical and geophysical anomalism that measures 5 km long and at least 1 km in width.

A prospective trend of chargeability and geochemical anomalism is anchored by sub-ore grade drill intersections, highlighting the potential for a porphyry Cu+/-Mo+/-Au deposit to occur within the target area.

It is recommended that mapping/prospecting and soil sampling should be completed to the west and to the northwest of the open-ended geochemical anomalies. Pending the results of the geochemical investigation, an IP survey should be completed to extend coverage on the northwest trending target. The valley bottom chargeability anomaly currently represents an attractive drill target.

The Fleet property main target area has previously been accessed a network of cat roads connecting to the Kemess haul road; however some refurbishing and bridge construction would be required to re-establish road access. To the north and south of the historical drilling area, access is by helicopter.
